OPEN AUDITIONS FOR SPRING / SUMMER 2008 - UPDATE

 

Following the open auditions last weekend. A tour and further opportunity to audition for "Come on, Jeeves" will be available this weekend.

If you are interested in getting involved, please join us at Erith Playhouse on Saturday 8th December 2007 at 3pm. There will be a chance to read for Come on, Jeeves and tour the Playhouse.

Casting information for Come On, Jeeves:

COME ON, JEEVES
By P.G.Wodehouse and Guy Bolton

Production Dates: 2nd – 7th June 2008
Directed by : Pamela and Graeme Horner

Genre : Farcical comedy
Setting : Towcester Abbey in early 50’s

Synopsis: Wooster has lent Jeeves, the perfect ‘Gentlemen’s Gentleman’, as butler
(and bookies clerk) to an impoverished young nobleman who practises turf accountancy.
Will Mrs Spottsworth buy the ancestral home? Will Jill marry the lord? What is the connection between the ghostly Agatha and a valuable pendant? Will the Captain recover his winnings?

Jeeves, in his resourceful manner, rescues his lord from one situation after another before finally restoring the family fortune.
