Erith Playhouse won three awards last night at the Arts Council of Bexley’s annual awards celemony.
|

|
Journey's End - a First World War drama set in the British trenches at St. Quentin. - won The Kentish Times Trophy for Technical Achievement and a Certificate of Merit for best male actor for its leading character played by Richard Self. The Erith Playhouse summer musical, Expialidocious - a celebration of the music of the Sherman Brothers - picked up The Charles Meinardi Award for Musical Excellence. The award ceremony was held at the Rose Theatre, Rose Bruford College, Sidcup.
