OPEN AUDITIONS FOR AUTUMN / WINTER 2009

Erith Playhouse theatre is looking for people (minimum age 17) interested in acting or getting involved in selling programmes, set building, painting, lighting, or making props.

Non-professional actors, and anyone handy with a hammer or interested in volunteering to help in other areas of the theatre, should come along to the theatre in the High Street, Erith on Saturday 25 April at 10am.

Auditions will take the form of readings from the Playhouse’s forthcoming shows – ranging from Shakespeare and costume drama, to comedy and pantomime (shown opposite). Those interested in getting involved behind the scenes will be shown around the theatre and find out more about the opportunities available.

You are very welcome to just turn up on the day - but if you let us know you are coming we can send you the play details and more about the theatre.
