How to Book

To book tickets for Playhouse productions you may

  • call the box office on 01322 350345.  24 hour answerphone. Please leave contact details and we will get back to you as soon as possible
  • e-mail the box office – . Please see the individual booking forms within each show page.
  • write to the Box Office, Erith Playhouse, 38-40 High Street Erith DA8 1QY
  • purchase tickets at the box office from 7.15 – 8.00pm on show evenings.

Use our Seating Plan when booking

We offer a discount for groups of 10 or more (not pantomime or musicals).

Payment for Tickets

Payment should be made at the time of booking.

Payment may be made by credit or debit card by ‘phone, at the box office on show nights or by cheque sent to the Playhouse. Cheques should be made out to ERITH PLAYHOUSE LTD.

Once payment is received tickets will be posted to you or may be collected at the box office on show nights.

There are no card processing or postage charges.

Where tickets are unpaid (e.g. for late bookings) a booking will remain provisional until payment is received.  Tickets will be held at the box office until half-an-hour before curtain-up on the night of the performance but, if uncollected, may then be sold unless the box office is notified of late arrival.  If tickets remain unclaimed payment in full will be expected.

Disabled access

The Playhouse facilities are fully adapted for disabled access.  There is one wheelchair space with a carer’s seat adjacent if needed.  Please inform the box office of your requirements when booking.

Regular bookings

We can arrange to reserve selected seats and performance days at the start of the season for our regular patrons.  Please enquire through the box office.
