To book tickets for Playhouse productions you may:

•Use the ticket button within the pages of this website
•Call our booking agent, TicketSource, on 0333 666 3366
•There is no booking fee for online bookings, however, telephone bookings will incur a £2.00 telephone service fee per booking.
•The telephone box office service is available from Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 7.00pm (excluding bank holidays) and Saturday from 9.00am to 5.00pm.
•Calls received outside of available hours will operate on an answerphone and call back basis.
•You may still purchase tickets from the Playhouse box office from 7.15pm – 8.00pm on show evenings.

We offer a discount for groups of 10 or more (discount does not apply to pantomime or musicals).
Payment for Tickets
Every member of the audience, regardless of age, must be in possession of a valid ticket to gain entry to the theatre.
Payment must be made at the time of booking, using a credit or debit card.
As this service does not offer a reserve facility, we recommend only buying your tickets once your chosen dates and final numbers are confirmed.
Please note that with the exception of a cancelled performance, payments made for tickets are non-refundable.
Disabled Access
The Playhouse facilities are fully adapted for disabled access. There is one wheelchair space with a carer’s seat adjacent, if needed. Please see the Seating Plan.
